Blues and Souls according to Wikipedia is a British magazine that cover "black" music , these genres include hip hop , souls , RnB , reggae and other world musics. The magazine was founded about in the 1960's and in this era ,genres such as blues and soul where there was Diana Ross and King curtis , therefore this would be very popular and requested during it's era.

this has made me see who the audience might be , because the audience was founded in an early age and an era that was so specific that the audience target would be over the age of 35 , the age may be younger however , the majority of the readers may be of a black ethnicity because of the type of music the magazine has chosen to target . This shows that the magazine is for a type of audience that is mainly working and have fully matured and the overall is the audience is mainly of black ethnicity who are working class people over the age of 35 however they can go up or down depending on a person personal style of music .
